Jess Owen at Subaru Stratford is one of the best sales people I have met. It took me three trips to the dealership to decide on a car. Jess was so patient with me changing my mind, and very helpful and knowledgeable about the different Subaru choices. She was clear that she wanted me in the right car for me however long that took me. There was absolutely no pressure from her. And she totally recognized when I landed on the “right car”. And she knows cars! I recommend Jess to everyone. She made the whole experience fun!
