It took a while for me to write a review for all the fine staff at Stratford Subaru because it was such a great experience I wanted to see of the “glow” of my experience would fade. After putting 7,500 kms on my 2024 Subaru Impreza RS I can share with you that this is one of the finest cars I have had the privilege to drive and experience. More on that later… My sales professional was Jess. Right from the start I knew I was going to have fun! This is a big purchase for me and I had visited two other Subaru dealerships (one was patently rude to me, the other was very professional) and I figured it may be worth the drive to Stratford to find out as someone commented to me that the people at this dealership were really nice. I asked for Jess because of previous positive reviews, and she was simply amazing. She cared more about getting me my car than I did. I mean this to impart her enthusiasm and cooperative nature and efforts to insure I got my car. There were some details about the process what were a bit different for her, I think, but she would make a great suggestion, and I would counter and then she found a BETTER solution that we had not discussed. It was this attention to detail and her positive and upbeat approach to helping me that really cemented the sales relationship for me. And the good news… Ciara was top of form awesome and so was Stephanie and anyone else I met. I was really pleased that the manager, Jason, took the time to follow up with me to ensure my experience was a positive one. There was no need but Jess does not work in isolation to the team and it’s a good sign when they all exhibit similar behaviours and values. Once the car came in Jess took time to familiarize me with the car, especially the infotainment system and make sure that all was well. It was not a perfect process. One of my options was not installed to my satisfaction and a quick email to Jess and Stratford Subaru took care of it right away. This issue in no way penalized the people of this firm. Mistakes happen and it is a measure of a business on how well they manage these issues. Stratford Subaru was top-notch in that department! As to the car, well, I love it so much I have started a blog about it. It simply is one of the finest cars in its class in Canada today. Eminently drivable. Fun. Maneuverable. Safe. Economical. I could go on. I have extended by drive home to spend more time in my car, I love it so much. Thank you Jess et al at Straford Subaru for making my car purchase FUN!
